These terms govern your use of the Tavvo SMS Notification Program operated by Tavvo LLC.

Program description

Program name: Tavvo SMS Notifications

Tavvo sends operational SMS notifications to authorized practice staff (practice owner, office manager, front desk lead) when a patient submits a callback request through the practice's Tavvo-powered AI phone assistant, or when there is account activity requiring the practice's attention.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your practice's call volume. Typical volume is 5 to 30 messages per day per practice.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages. Tavvo is not responsible for carrier fees.

Consent and opt-in

You are enrolled in this program only after your practice's authorized representative provides your mobile number during Tavvo onboarding and checks the SMS consent box on the onboarding form.

Opt-out and help

To STOP receiving messages, reply STOP to any Tavvo SMS at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

For HELP, reply HELP to any Tavvo SMS. You will receive contact information for support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
